Twice a day—at 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM—the youngest campers at Woodston Camp experience high-energy, heart-changing services tailored just for them. Led by the beloved Gayle Starnes and her enthusiastic Kids Crew from Wichita, Kids Church is where laughter echoes, imaginations ignite, and children encounter the love of Jesus in unforgettable ways.

At the center of the action is Red, Gayle’s hilarious ventriloquist puppet and a Woodston Camp icon. Whether he's cracking jokes, asking big faith questions, or stirring up some holy mischief, Red is always a crowd favorite—and he never fails to point kids back to God’s truth.

Each service is packed with interactive worship, engaging Bible teaching, and creative illustrations that bring Scripture to life. From chalk drawings that reveal the Gospel in living color to games, contests, and playtime that build connection and fun, Gayle’s team blends joy and depth in every moment. And when it’s time for altar ministry, children are invited to respond, pray, and experience the power of the Holy Spirit in a way that's authentic, meaningful, and age-appropriate.
